The Georg Fischer Type 288 Ball Valve has a modular design and is adaptable to a variety of conditions and applications. Using the Georg Fischer 543 3-way ball valve incorporates all the latest in ball valve technology. The valve is made with PVC. With the optional positioner, the valve can perform complex functions such as mixing chemicals or controlling process temperature by blending cooling water.

With its modular design, the Type 543 ball valve is ideal for virtually any application. The valve is available in PVC, CPVC, Polypropylene, and PVDF materials. The different materials allow for a variety of chemical applications, and in many cases are an ideal fit for extreme temperatures.
